Position Description: 

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Financial Planning & Analysis team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. 
Basic Requirements:
  •  Ability to track, prioritize and complete multiple tasks
  •  Excellent organizational and time management skills
  •  Good written and verbal communication skills
  •  Detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures
  •  Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and JDE
  •  Proficiency in business math, accounting, and financial reporting
Responsibilities:
  •  Follow/support department administrators
  •  Review and approve overhead invoices under $3k
  •  Manage and track branch VISAs, checkbooks, petty cash and pay changes
  •  Assist with compiling reports for weekly reporting
  •  Assist with compiling reports for month end closeouts
