Production Manager

• Oversee productivity and efficiency of onsite crews performing landscape maintenance tasks
• Operate and provide safe training on all equipment, including two-cycle and mowing machinery
• Coordinate punch lists, ensure quality control, and maintain communication with clients through the assigned Account Manager
• Recruit, train, and develop field operations team members
• Conduct weekly inspections of job sites
• Manage the programming, inspections, and minor repairs of irrigation systems as necessary
• Identify and report onsite issues to the Account Manager
• Perform daily inspections to ensure proper equipment usage, preventative maintenance, and fleet management
• Lead and conduct weekly tailgate safety meetings
• Ensure the proper maintenance, storage, and usage of branch equipment
• Supervise the enhancement crews during installation days
• Manage labor hours according to the budget for each job
• Review and manage property work orders in real time

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a crew in production level including recruiting, hiring, and training field personnel
• Extensive knowledge of all landscape maintenance equipment
• Experience in production and in customer service in a commercial setting
• Proven ability to manage the production of service work effectively
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and tablet usage
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years
