Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor crewmembers for on-the-job training.
- Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts.
- Familiar with budgeted hours for each of your jobs. Monitor by reviewing job hours, reports, and job costs effectively.
- Foster relationships with onsite customers
- Driving quality and efficiency
- Proactive approach to identifying issues in the field with communication to customer
- Promote extra work through time and material work orders
- Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment following company’s guidelines and policies
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage internal team members with proper training on equipment
- Experience working with customers and building relationships
- Minimum one year experience performing commercial contract maintenance
- Ability to identify and diagnose, and treat plant palate diseases
- Working knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in contract maintenance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record over the last three years.
