Currently pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, or related field required.
Program Overview:
Duration: A 10–12-week paid internship with rotational components
Customized Experience: We offer a customized program to help you explore interests within the organization and all facets of the branch
Job Shadowing: Gain exposure by shadowing various departments including the Area Management team, Field Operations, Management, Irrigation, Enhancements, and Sales teams
Hands-On Training: Acquire cross-training across various functions to familiarize with all aspects of branch operations
Mentorship: A dedicated mentor is assigned who will oversee the schedule, provide feedback, and offer support throughout the duration of the program
Management Training: Guidance in various areas including team building, professional development, leadership, soft skills, and management skills
Team Support: The ability to contribute to team efforts, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and gain valuable insights into teamwork dynamics
Housing Assistance: We will assist in finding suitable and affordable housing if needed
Career Potential: Full Time employment opportunities available after graduation
Building a network: Create the ability to build a network while interacting with other interns, team members, and foster new relationships
