Immediate opportunity available in our newly established branch located in New Hill, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute and schedule with preventative maintenance, equipment and vehicle repairs
- Coordinate logistics with fleet for summer and winter recon
- Maintain and organize inventory of equipment and vehicle
- Identify and monitor equipment issues
- Provide proper training in preventative maintenance for vehicles and equipment
- Generate purchase orders for all materials and services
- Manage shop expenses in accordance with branch budget
- Process all invoices in a timely manner
- Manage reporting to include but not limited to: recon and shop expense tracker, quarterly mileage reports and shop bulletin board
- Ensure fuel system is operational (where applicable)
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop
Qualifications:
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair vehicles and equipment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Energetic, Self-Starter
- Proficient with managing administrative documents
- Ability to manage and cultivate relationships with vendors and customers
