Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with Management and TA Manager to understand existing and future needs for local branches
  • Supporting and assisting the branch needs with vetting and pre-qualifying candidates via telephone or virtual to identify caliber of candidate
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews via telephone, virtual and/or in person for Management team members
  • Engage candidates during interview process with feedback and next steps while maintaining constant communication and acting as conduit between candidate, Hiring, and TA Manager
  • Building out talent pools for each market based on future needs of the business
  • Ability to use Recruiting Tools proactively with full knowledge and understanding of sourcing terminology
  • Tracking and management of candidates submitted to the TA Manager and individual branches while adhering to the internal interview process and timelines
  • Full management of candidate profiles in ATS (Jobvite) with the responsibility to manage candidates in real time
  • Hands on Management of workflow process within the Jobvite (ATS) in real time to meet with deliverables and KPI’s
  • Ability to attract candidates using various sources through database, social media, talent management networks and employee referrals
  • Partnering and understanding each branch market with competitive knowledge

Basic Requirements  

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Talent Sourcing and Recruiting
  • Familiarity with hands on sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Indeed) with creating sourcing strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Strong oral and communication skills
  • Effective Time Management abilities
  • Familiarity with ATS and Candidate Management Systems
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Demonstrated excellence to identifying top talent to align with business needs
  • Proven abilities in fostering and managing relationships with shareholders and management teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field in Business, Human Resources or related field
